“My relationship with my dreams hasn’t always been warm and fuzzy. In fact, I have learned that dreams have a tendency to become louder — and increasingly violent — whenever I am steering off my value-aligned path.”
Since I was a little girl growing up in Budapest, Hungary, my dreams have played a massive role in my life. I still call my dream life my “second life.” No matter where my travels have taken me across the globe, I have always found a way to record and connect with my unconscious. From a young age, I understood they were there for me, offering guidance, processing, and caution in beautifully convoluted and mysterious ways.
Answering the call
For years, I attempted — and succeeded at — following the secure, logical steps society recommends. However, playing by the rules left me unfulfilled, dull, and entirely unexcited about life. This lack of fulfillment became painful, and my curiosity grew louder. What if it could be different? My intuition was steadily beating a rhythm I was starving to follow, and my dreams, night after night, showed me exactly how I was betraying my instincts by staying in situations that didn’t align with my true self.
Eventually, in 2024, I quit my corporate job. I was determined to create a life where my work feels meaningful, is built on my passion, and makes me excited to wake up in the morning. I wanted a life where I am in the driver’s seat, using my values and my joy as my GPS. Unsurprisingly, this path took longer than I had anticipated, and it led me to an area I never would have thought possible: right here, with you.
Working in the Unknown
I had to learn how to work in the Unknown — a place I used to avoid, falsely believing that maintaining strict control was a necessity.
Through my dreams’ guidance, I reconnected with and patiently integrated the suppressed parts of myself. These were the exact parts that my environment and society had taught me to banish or “heal” from. On my journey, I learned the most important truth of this practice: we are all already whole. There is nothing to heal or reject.
By realigning our relationship with our bodies, our emotions, and our banished parts, we unlock our true capacity for joy, progress, and agency. We stop allowing our energy to seep away through distractions and futile effort, and instead, we channel it into building our lives with confidence and determination.
What I believe — and what we will build.
You are already whole.
There is nothing to fix, nothing to reject, and nothing to cure. There are only parts of your psyche asking for a seat at the table.
Everything inside of you is in love with you.
Even the heaviest emotions and the darkest nightmares are simply trying to protect and guide you. When we turn toward them with curiosity, the internal war ends.
Your dreams are the ultimate compass.
Your waking mind is clouded by the noise of the world, but your dreams speak the unfiltered truth. They bypass your defensive ego and show us exactly what needs attention.
Suppressing yourself is exhausting.
The effort you spend burying your true nature to please others is the exact energy you need to build a life you actually love.
Gentle dismantling over total breakdown.
You do not have to hit rock bottom to change your life. Together, we gently dismantle the societal "shoulds," creating space to redefine success on your own terms.
